This project is transforming an existing horse barn into the new Welcome Center and Tack Shop—the new gateway to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa’s Second Chance Ranch. The renovated space will create a welcoming point of arrival for visitors while providing a dedicated shop for new and gently used equine supplies, riding apparel, Second Chance Ranch merchandise, and more. Proceeds from the Tack Shop directly support the ARL’s ongoing efforts and the animals in its care.
