Noble Builders was founded with a career built entirely from the ground up. Our founder, Logan Poe, spent his early twenties framing custom homes in Chicago before returning to Des Moines, where he spent eight years growing from Assistant Superintendent to President of Construction.
Along the way, he managed complex commercial projects — tight timelines, multiple crews, high expectations — and developed the kind of operational discipline that only comes from doing the work at every level. That experience is the foundation Noble Builders was built on, and the standard we bring to every project.
